Still needs the original mod

Adds the skill dump to new characters. (Black Ork Big Boss, Repanse, Henri Le Massif etc.)

Tagged the skill as "always useless" for the AI so bots won't put almost all their points in the skill dump.

This mod is amazing. It doesn't seem to be adding the dump for Skaven Chieftains/Packmasters, is this known or am I being speshul?

Had an issue with this mod and Generals and Heroes Maximum Level 60 2 points per level

The said mod has its own skill dump which seem to overwrite the one from this one on some heroes.
