Fixed some rigging issues with the Moto Bug model

Addon has:
- Shape keys on almost all models.
- Original Cell-shading from the game on alternative skins.

Sonic 4 may be bad, but damn did it do a good job bringing classic Badnik designs into 3d I think.

On the Moto Bug model, moving it's arms seems to have something glitch out. The joins where the arm to the forearm connect and the forearm to the hand have a piece that doesn't move with the hands. It moves with the rootTransform bone, I was wondering if you knew anything about that.
