The Tech Tree replacement mod needed for some Rise to Power gameplay mods.

On its own, it adds functionality for adding custom icon indicators to Techs, indicates Wonders that have been build, and incorporates various supports for the CP.

Will be incompatible with other mods that replace the same files.
