Craftable Twigs and Logs [TWEAKED]

Description
I am not the creator of this mod! It was tweaked for personal use.
Original mod: Craftable Twigs and Logs

Allows players to craft twigs from logs, and logs from twigs.

Defaults are:

1 log to make 1 twigs.
4 twigs to make 1 log.

Zero Tech level (No Science or Alchemy Machines needed).

Can be configured.
