GPD Ceremonial Outfit [PM/NPCs]

No warnings needed, as this addon is supposed to be absolutely idiot proof.

Anyways here is the GPD High-Rank/Ceremonial outfit which is basically a heavily modified version of the Sci-fi citizens and the badasses addon. The outfits were inspired off Tiger Tank's Halloween costume (which was a GPD outfit.) and the ranks were based off the PNP police ranks.

Yeah, I know it's just going to be buried by Sanic Clones like what all GPD addons always do so why did I even bother to make this anyways? It's because Foxy needed more content for the server since some guy went there and said "0/10 needs more cars man!" I know it's not related to what he said, but it's a start.

-A bunch of models ranging from HL2 Citizen heads, HL2 main character heads and the Sci-Fi citizen heads.
-Playermodels
-NPCs
-Functioning hitgroups
-An insane amount of skins/bodygroups
-C_Hands
-"Idiot proof" (Meaning that a redundant amount of measure had been taken in order to prevent this from having missing textures and stuff.)

-Foxy (For the idea and the screenshots.)

-Valve (For the citizen heads)
-Ceiling Spiders (For rigging, re-skinning, making additional parts and heavily modifying the living ♥♥♥♥ out of several addons to make this.)

-Blender (Pretty self explanatory, I use this to make 3D models and crappy videos.)

-Sell it in an underground website without my approval. (This happened before *cough* the old GPD SWAT model *cough* and I don't want it to happen again unless you give me a 50% cut since I'm broke and depressed as ♥♥♥♥.)
