No to compatible with Primal Fear. This mod and PF are both not stackable. Both require first load order. Can't speak to the others you have

Patch will be huge, adding many tiers and added many new items!! There will be the bosses added in this patch as well, in the coming weeks I will be adding pretty much all the tiers that are listed above, thanks everyone for your patience and I apologize for the really long delay,
