Luxury Hydroponic Vodka Brand

Description
Luxury Hydroponic Vodka Brand - by Spear1222 (AKA coolspear1 by The Sims Community for my TS4 mods and lots found @ simsasylum website.)

A new factory for the Industries DLC.

Using the vertical farm asset from the Hi-Tech pack, it's now converted into a hydroponics potato farm that specialises in producing luxury vodka with those potatoes. (Does not effect the original building.)

Found in game with all the other Unique Factories, here's what is says on the object's info blurb box -

"This vertical agricultural tower began life as a swanky hydroponics facility producing premium potato crops. However, the giddy boffins turned their attention towards special distilling techniques and re-purposed their unique potato into making what is now considered one of the world's best vodkas."

Placing building is exactly the same as original. No change to the footprint nor any props added to the ground. A few props and lights have been added to the upper balconies. This means as well as the Industries DLC and Hi-Tech DLC requirements, the Park Life DLC is also required for those props. Though this building can still be placed if you do not have Park Life DLC, just a few table and chair props will be missing. (Reported by Load Screen Mod if you are using that.)

Building Stats Worth A Mention -

-- Electricity - 65 (Medium-High - Due to 24 hour hi-tech facility cleansing implementations.)
-- Garbage - 10 (Low - Due to a deal with local animal farmers to regularly take away the biological waste, potato skins mostly, as pig feed. Note: - And no, imaginary scenario only, local farm tractors do not "actually" pass by regularly to take away half the garbage. More's the pity.)
-- Fire Tolerance - 12 (Mildly Risky - Due to alcohol going big-badda-boom! when exposed to flames.)
-- Water - 400 (Very High - The normal usage, plus continuous watering of potatoes, - albeit hydroponics uses less water than traditional agriculture - plus vodka is still mostly made of the stuff.)

About - (Stuff and nonsense as a bit of fun.)

Although this distillery is a nice little earner once productivity builds up a full head of steam and material deliveries are prompt, the profits are never spectacular. Yet it does have other benefits. Such as... Vodka!

The manufacturers like to refer to the brand as LHVB, thinking it suits the Luxury, top end elements. But the more common street name is Chirpy Blue Vodka. The giddy boffins in the labs prefer this, due to the slight sky-blue tint the finished vodka has after going through both the hydroponics stage and the specialised distilling processes. (They've been watching too much Breaking Bad, if you ask me.) The top brass thinks this cheapens the label, chirpy and cheerful equals cheap. Though they are not utter snobs and elitists, as exampled by the price of the vodka being accessible and enjoyed at street level. Hence the CEOs have allowed the affectionate name Chirpy Blue Vodka to be added to the info on the back label of each bottle. However, the front label is most definitely LHVB. Ironically further obfuscating the thin blue line there is between cheap blue chirp and luxury blue chip. (To better understand this final line, drink more vodka. We still won't truly understand, but at least we'll care far less about it, if ever we did at all.)

And remember, always drink responsibly. (Not like those giddy boffins who should know better. That blue vodka is tasty, though. Awarded with the "Heisenberg Seal of Approval" that's only granted to consumable products that come with a scientifically inexplicable, yet natural blue tint.)

Temporary (Hopefully) Note -

A total upload newbie here, I'm not quite sure how to edit the Asset Tags for this. Can't see a way of doing it using the upload editing options. Currently it's just one Asset tag set for generic "Building" and I'd like to change/add to that for more specific Tags for "Unique Factories" as I've seen other creators have done for their uploads. Google does not provide much help on the matter, so if anyone can point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.

Cool building. Great job! Why do you need the High-Tech Content Creator Pack to use it?

A hydroponic potato processing vodka factory? Hilarious and useful! Now I just need to buy the High Tech pack. (Is a whiskey distillery next on the list?)
