This is a repack of the original rp_evocity_v33x

- I made this because addons uploaded after the January 2020 update has better compression.

- This addon does NOT require Half Life 2: Episode 2 or Counter Strike: Source
I packed together all the required content into this single addon!

when i load the map there are some error's next to the traffic lights
