More Settlements

Increases the number of neutral settlements by one for each player.

Normally you get one neighboring settlement of your race, with this mod you get two, and also widens the distance in which they may spawn to prevent excessive crowding of starting locations.

Intended mostly for the no colonizer mode.

NOTE: Only working on Imperial (Default) worlds. You can still change any world parameters in game customization to make them more to your liking (More like Capital/Frontier/etc), but you have to select Imperial at the first New Planet screen. I'll look into this later.
