One could perhaps refer to Orange Cassidy as a rare example of a true postmodern professional wrestler.

At first look, Cassidy hardly looks like a wrestler at all, even in the ring. Wearing ripped jeans, a t-shirt with a picture of himself wearing a t-shirt, sunglasses and old tennis shoes, Cassidy would better fit in with the fans than with his fellow wrestlers. Moving as slowly and deliberately as humanly possible, either in his own matches, or when functioning as a tag along for the Best Friends, Chuck Taylor and Trent Beretta, Cassidy generally opens up with a series of "brutal" tap kicks to the shin, putting minimal effort into any of his other moves, often keeping his hands in his pockets.

However, do not be fooled, for once Orange Cassidy starts moving in actuality, he displays a wide skillset, with an array of technical pins and high flying techniques, albet, often executed with his hands still stuck firmly in his pockets.
