Description

Quick and Dirty Update for 1.31
Still includes 1.29 and earlier polandball flags, the changes required for them to work, thick black borders, and the original font
Removed Localization Changes

Hopefully I will find the time to add the flags and setup a font that isn't just comic sans.

Ironman compatible

Should be compatible with all mods that change the font and world textures.

Please report any errors you run into in the comments or my dms.

Also maybe the countryballs coukd have different looking eyes depending on their relationship with your country like for example countries that are your rivals could look angry.

Maybe you should make make the loading images of historical figures into countryballs(By that I mean have the historical figures as countryballs).
