Pump Actions to Bolt Actions

This mod makes the Pump and Chrome shotguns fire slugs instead of buckshot (all one big piece of lead instead of a bunch of tiny balls). Works well with mods that reskin the pump shotguns to bolt action weapons.

I have made the highly unfortunate discovery that different weapons have different headshot multipliers that are not listed in their scripts, and that a military sniper headshot is in no way the same as a chrome shotgun headshot, even if both of them have a damage value of 90.
The Chrome Shotgun does 200 damage, and the Pump Shotgun does 250.
Range modifiers on both were set to 1, and the range for both was greatly increased.

There is a VERY detailed description of my long hardships balancing this addon in the update notes. I highly suggest reading them because not all changes I made are listed in here, but most are in the update notes. (I never mentioned that I set all the scatter values to .3 and set bullets to 1)
