AR-1 EM Kinetic Based Weapon

The AR-1 is an energy rifle. More so a kinetic rifle. It spits hot metal.

I've decided to actually follow up on my mod development on Starbound here. I had made some sort of cool mods like a certain Railgun - https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1206868143

This rifle was actually devloped a while back but I never uploaded them. Maybe I was trying to wait on something else for a bit, or maybe it was too bland and I wanted to have it be part of a pack. Who knows? In any case here it is.

Crafted at a Tier 2 Anvil using 10 Titanium Bars, 6 Silver Bars, and 1 Diamond.

Damage is relatively high at least from what I could tell.
