Adds the flechette gun from half life 2 ep2

you need hl2 ep2 content which you can get from google for free, just type c s c h e a t e r without spaces on google.

you will not have this gun with this free content so this addon adds the gun.

Thanks. I don't want to download and add all the content of Hl2 Ep2 just for the sake of an addon that adds a weapon with the effect of shooting a stalker, thank you, this has greatly simplified the task)
