Trade Value Repeatable Tech

Description
Because trading suck.

Features
  • A new repeatable tech under society group can be researched. It increases trade value by +5% for each level researched. Now also increases empire trade protection by +5.

Compatibility
No files were overwritten.

Does the mod check if I play an empire that has or has no trade value?
Like a hive mind or machine empire?
