Insulated Plate Armor

Description
This mod adds insulated plate mail, so you don't freeze to death in the winter.
Requires cloth to be added to recipe but can only be made with Steel, not wood or other mats.
Supports up to v1.6

Hey your fix works.
I was playing a little and made fev changes. Maybe you will like it.
Armor can be make from any mettalic or woody element and 30 cloth.
And I changed cold isulation to 36 but thats only my personal perference.

I think I fixed it. Simple case of dain bramage. New version uploaded.

So weird, I cannot get mine to work, even trying others peoples mods and they aren't working. Are you in 1.3 or 1.4?

1.4 changes the way it works, and those XML settings have no effect. Still researching.
