Sand/Scrap > 6400 pwr (tileable)

- Input sand into (upper) fast belt to generate 6400 power. (Unlike smaller version of this schematic, this one requires you have pre-pulverized scrap into sand.)
- Place Overdrive Projector in middle to get 9600 power.
- Input Phase Fabric into lower slow belt, further increasing power generation to 14400.
- Tileable.
- I didn't make the Overdrive Projector part of the schematic so you could scale up. This one doesn't "require" plastanium at first as a result.
