They help a bit, with Heavy Traffic! By these going directly Right, not going trough the Roundabout! But you have to do some tweaks with Traffic Manager tough! That some don't make U-turns in the Splitter Lanes!

Are the separate right-turn roads necessary? Looking at the lane arrows in the screenshot, the right lane of the onto-the-roundabout road is right-turn-only anyway...

(Also, those splitter islands are huge .)
