Quick question with this mod: does it work with the Adventure Mod? I can't seem to get it past the max sectors (+4 for a total of 5).

I thank thee for mentioning the related packs. I searched for the sector limit without finding it because I hoped that you could specify it for each on its own ... sadly that was not the case.
Oh well, at least it can be changed for all together. Maybe, at some point, I will try to create a workaround that reduces the amount of times the specialization can be done for non-residentals....
Also, on a sidenote: have you considered increasing the distance you can annex? I didn't find an option to determine it, so I instead added the effect of the residential specialization to every other specialization (except relay because I haven't found where relays are yet) ...
