You can now talk to NPCs to grant them skills.

Added Fadia and Shukriya to legacy shop, they start as blank slate characters with no skills.

Customize to your heart's intent!

For those with the bound/burning debuff for Fadia & Sukriya, do the following whenever you load a game:

Learn Skill > other > unlearn a skill > copy & paste this: B不许动 > Yes

This will resolve the issue until you load a saved game again.

Hello again, just wanted to bring some more info about the "burning" buff issue.

Fadia and Shukriya start the game without it....but as soon as you load a save they will have it applied to them.

Hello, Fadia and Shukriya still have the "burning" skill although the description when u hover over them says they don't.

@Scourge Assassin These two characters are set up to give us a way to customize new characters. We can cultivate a certain favor and let them learn the skills we want them to learn.(I believe you also find that my English is very poor. So I don't know if you can read my Google translation info)

Fadia & Shukriya actually start as "blank slate characters" because they aren't intended for combat. (They can't be recruited without a mod.)
