Report a translation problem
the illegal blocks are remnants from an older patch (since its been a few years since this was last updated). to fix it you'll need to use the "replaceblocks" and "prefabinfo" commands. you'll use prefabinfo to tell you which blocks are illegal (pretty much all the steel ones) and you can then use "replaceblocks" to update it to the current version. you may need to do some googling for more details.. best of luck
ECO mode : This feature is no more availaible since the game automatically adapt fuel consuption.
