Before you dislike the addon because of missing content: There might be a downloading issue with steam. Try to redownload the addon by deleting the .gma file inside your addons folder.

If you want to make a skin, you only have to create the vtf file. But if you want to modify some values, then you have to extract my shared content and grab the skin.vmt file
