ESA Skidbladnir XL (8,000 delta-V)

Description
After several attempts, I increased range and fuel efficiency of my vessels and now came up with a new superior design! This ship is an SSTO and lifts itself up from Kerbin and makes it to Minmus without any hassle. There you can power up the ISRU converter and refuel the ship to more than 46 k units of liquid fuel resulting in an astonishing amount of 8,000 delta-V.

Some more facts:
- Launch mass 276 tons | mass at 8,000 delta-V approximately 360+ tons
- Crew capacity 6 (including 2 scientist in the science lab)
- Drill and ISRU converter
- Equipped with standard science components
- 2 x 100G direct antennas (mind roaming fees)
- 8 NERVs and 18 RAPIERs
- Mechjeb and KER component

Flying instructions:
it is recommended to use Mechjeb's attitude adjustment windows to show inflight CoL and CoM. This might help you to shift fuel from rear to front during inflight in order to increase stability. Keep in mind, you're moving a 270+ tons spaceplane.
- start with rapiers and go up to 6,400 meters
- lower your inclination and accelerate to 415 m/s
- pitch up to 10° degrees and go up to 14,000 meters
- lower inclination and accelerate to 1,250 m/s
- pitch up and raise to 21,000 meters - start NERV engines (action group 3)
- at 23,000 meters switch rapiers to closed cycle (action group 2). You should be able to leave approximately 400-500 oxidizer (if you want to use them for breaking maneuvers later - simply switch mode). The remaining ascent and orbiting can be done on NERVs.
