Nyx would be one of my favorite bosses in RE series (even if it's a spinoff that takes place in Raccoon City) yet it's an amalgamation but perfection.

I have no knowledge what so ever sadly. All I can do is request and pay for PM mods. Regardless I love that ambitious idea. Hopefully you can find fellow REO fans in the community willing to help.

I'll put the William Birkin model in the next pack for you, but yes I will also be uploaded some bonus unused models and an unused model pack if there's any left over.

I started the process of porting Outbreak models because I wanted to make a map series, I only worked on models up until now because I was figuring out Blender, Outbreak modding tools and Source models. I am definitely interested in the maps still, but they won't be in the form of rooms necessarily, it will be one big map for each scenario with all the areas connected. Although if someone codes in the enemies and other functions of Outbreak, this could be interesting, of all my game development knowledge I lack the most important skill, coding.

You know, it would awesome if someone not only turned these into VJ Base NPCs, but also created the maps, then make an RE Outbreak Gamemode. Alas One can only dream.
