Ports the old Mare's Leg animations over. This version is alot faster.

If you host a server the animation and fire-rate is faster. If you join a server without this mod while this mod is installed, the only thing that changes is the animations get faster but the fire rate stays the way it is in vanilla.

Client-Side: Joining a public server that does not have this mod will not change the fire rate but keeps the faster animations.
Server-Side: Hosting a server with this mod and having others join will change everyone's Mare's Leg into the faster fire rate and animation.
