Applies the same unit cap system from Unit Caps For All to Nox's nifty Grand Order of the Reiksguard - All In One Collection mod.

Updated for current versions of both parent mods.

Update: Checked against current game and mod versions and couldn't find anything to change, but here's an update so it doesn't show as out-of-date.

Thanks Vacuity, thanks to your cap mods I can play the game without the annoying extra 15% upkeep thingie.
