there is an alternative mod called "close letters" in the workshop. But I still hope this gets an update :)

The functionality of this mod is great but I think the interface could be improved a bit. the button can get stuck behind the learning helper if you have enough notifications, and the button also moves depending on how many notifications you have.

Is there any way you could make the button static, maybe in the bottom right side of the screen with the overlay toggles? Just an idea :)
