Plimsoll Line for Merchant Vessel Hulls

Finally, a good Plimsoll line in Stormworks. This line specifies the max level the water should be at when the vessel is fully laden. In real life, all merchant ships are required to have this on their hulls, and it has saved countless lives ever since it was made mandatory.
