2) Open test.zip
3) You drop all the files with the replacement file ~\Steam\steamapps\common\People Playground\People Playground_Data
4) start game
5) play! :)

dont open it, drop it in the stuff description says to.
and the version is 1.4, if you downoloading for 1.5 or 1.6 beta, or 1.2, whatever version, only 1.4 will work.
