Two's Tilled Soil - 120%

This mod allows the creation of standard soil on surfaces like stone which you can then till for it to have 120% fertility.

Based on Alciccius's version of Sam's Tilled Soil mod before Alciccius removed it.

Credit to Sam_ for the original mod, credit to Alciccius for the old rebalanced version that this is based off of.

200% was always too high, 140% makes fertile soil pointless, 120% is perfect
