i'll have to set up visual studio for rimworld modding which im not looking forward to.
- the only red error for the above (below, technically) is "method not found: void" in reviarace.comps.soulreaper.postspawnsetup. should hopefully be as simple reassigning a function.
- trying to debug spawn a revia fucks things even worse. the bottom bar vanishes if a revian is on screen and you cant interact with anything + you cant close the debug console, the revian from above becomes invisible, the console is spammed with red errors even if paused, floating text popups dont go away, the background outside of the map is trippy as hell (afterimage like you get on leaky source maps, but with the additional effect of looking like continous layers of deep-frying are being applied)
- all the errors are object reference not set errors. not having the unity editor UI to try and see where exactly that is will be very annoying. i am hoping that fixing the method not found error will fix this.
hah.
- all the custom needs broke (from each soul reap hediff and red haze), fixed that
- the NPC factions needed a new field, fixed that.
- scenario needed a new field. fixed that.
- there's some yellow errors on boot about assets needing to be loaded into the main thread that only pop up with revia active. will get to those after the red errors unless they can be traced to them. (i have no idea how i'd even begin to fix these)
- revia themselves are broken as all hell. i tried making a regular revia start colony (not a quicktest), while everything's fine in the character selector two of the three didnt spawn. the third did not end up end up in any lists (ex: not in the work tab, colonist preview bar, cant assign to any beds), and only has a facing forward sprite

With the 1.6 update with the Shuttle that could be fixed but honestly early or still scary. (And I don't want to overpopulate the Planet)
