After subscribing and launching the game, please use GCF Scape to extract the video and replace l4d2_background02.

File will be located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\left 4 dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop

This mod replaces the main menu background with the Division 2 Cinematic Trailer. I recommend you also subscribe to the Division Background mod by ElBoyerXD. Having both backgrounds available offers some variety.
