Description
HOI IV v1.11 updated

– maximum operative slots increased to 500;
– 2 slots of the operatives in the establishment of the Agency;
– the number of agents depends on the level of industry. There is a possibility to configure : for every 5/10/15/20/30/50 factories, 1 operative slot is given;
– "Illusive Gentleman" gives you 2 operative slots;
– added setting the maximum number of operatives from industry size.
P.S. This mod is part of our larger project - New Ways.

Doesn't work, Maximum operative slots increased to 500 but still get 20 max and the limit on operative slots isn't working - even if i select a limit of still not work.

mod works as long as you delete 00_traits.txt file from steam\steamapps\workshop\content\394360\2020566688\common\country_leader folder. That way I got designer trait bonuses on all gear and can keep other stuff this mod adds
