Vendetta Class Cruiser

The Vendetta Class Cruiser was designed in direct response to the fact that space armadas were growing in size, and that the current escort cruiser classes were insufficiently immobile enough to get around modern fleets. The usual solution to this problem for most navies was then to simply double or triple up on the number of escort cruisers. Mishima Heavy Industries' solution to this conundrum was to create a cruiser that could maneuver like a destroyer but with the armaments of a cruiser. The result was the Vendetta Class Cruiser. Much more smaller and maneuverable than both the Nobunaga and Wyatt Earp Class cruisers, the Vendetta nevertheless manages to pack a punch. The design has since become very popular with a wide variety of militaries, PMCs, and private groups also due to its effectiveness and affordability.
