Nanobot updated and reworked

Description
Updated Nanobots by Tyrianix to work with current version.

I reworked the module with armour tanking in mind.

Adds nanobot upgrade module which gives passive hull regeneration and hull durability.

drawback is large energy requirement and lowered shield and generator output.

Effectiveness and drawbacks increase exponentially with rarity.
