Silent Torpedos

Description
Lowers the torpedo warning sound.
It IS SAFE to force this mod to be enabled even if it is outdated.
It won't change your save, as it does not contain any game logic.

If you put this on the server - all clients will have it enabled.

Server crashes on startup with this mod enabled :(

I just accidentally deleted one guy commend where he was asking if it is safe to enable this outdated mod. Sry for the missclick.

Its client only. If you add it to the server, all clients will have it.

or do i have to have it on a server to have it take effect
