Description
This mod adds the Aeronautical Engineering project to the World Congress, focusing on aircraft. It represents Civilizations coming together to cooperate on the development of the field of Aeronautics.

The Rewards are:

Bronze: 10% Production to air units in each city

Silver: Air units (Including ones already built) gain Air Targeting 1, providing 33% more damage to naval units

Gold: Air units (including ones already built) gain range, increasing their operation range by 2.

The resolution can be picked when anyone researches flight. The project costs 350 per civilization, same as the world fair.

Yes, but the ai flavor for this project is air and in my experience ai tend not to prioritize it that much, though it depends on the specific civ.
