Cerberus 02 (A11.T3-T4)

Description
This has technically been updated by:
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1245455599
but ls being left here because it's still a viable build that used different requirements to achieve its goal.

Original by the master builder 'jrandall'
Named: "Cerberus-PSV", found here:
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1245455599

(original was not A11 cpu compliant).

Modified by MadDragon.
(mistakes and poor design decisions are probably mine)

Criteria:
- A11 compatible.
- Spawnable at earlier level but upgradeable.
- no weapons (everyone has own favourites, and reduces spawn time)
- works on HWS NA server (ie: volume disabled, but weight enabled.)
- absolute minimum required to barely work, upgradeable.

Results:
- managed to keep original Class 5, but it's bare.
- level 15 (T3 fuel tanks, needs T3 CPU anyway)
- A11 T1 for spawn only, but it won't move.
- at T2, this bare version is 25% efficient.
- at T3, you can start to make it useable.
- at T4, very few limits. On some servers
(and in creative) can jump straight here,
no need to add the T2/T3 upgrades).
- needs at least T2 for 25% use.
- has barely enough engines to move. Needs large engines in legs.
- no weapons, but locations marked with @
- no constructors - install what you can.
- fewer cargo containers, no container extensions.
- changed boarding ramp at front.
- updated circuit logic (auto-lights, ramps, doors)
- removed grow plots, replaced with unpainted carbon fibre.
- LCD panels left in place of misc equipment such as shield generator.
- Removed RCS - no longer required.
- Added person access to each "leg"
- Combat steel changed to normal steel everywhere.
