Better Fall Damage

Description
Introduces a slightly improved fall damage with the ability to change max and min values.

ConVars
sv_maxfalldamage - controlls the max value of damage dealt. default: 100
sv_minfalldamage - controlls the min value of damage dealt. default: 1
sv_betterfalldamage - controlls the state of addon (1 - on, 0 - off) default: 1

can you make so that fall damage only affects health and not armor?
