Experimental teetering/seesaw heli rotor

Description
Stormworks lacks teetering/seesaw/stabilizer bar helicopter rotor type. I am trying to create a usable one for UH-1 Huey.
Currently it is stable at 2.5 RPS, can be somewhat successfully powered by medium engine + medium generator.

When spawning, disable starter and use throttle control closest to the rotor to spin it up.

Rotor uses electronic swashplate. The e-swashplate microcontroller can be customized pretty well.
