helo auto alt hold add on (before gyro)

auto alt hold. for helocopters- hold is activated when you release the collective. though you could easy mod it to be on a button .

basic tunable- inputs are labeled

BE AWARE.
when you spawn a vehicle, this sets.
so if your craft was 10m up at spawn, when you start, this system will try to get you to 10m immediatley.
can cause some minor issues with spooling up props due to load

TO FIX.
after you spawn a craft, puch up or down on your collective. then when you release the chip has the ground set as target alt.
