This Microcontroler was made when Stromworks was in version V0.10.11
So sure it might be dumm but beginers may not know how to convert it or ppl just generaly use it if they dont want to mess with microcontrolers a ton lot

people are dumb if they dont know how to use simple function usage, THERE ARE FUCKING EXAMPLES FOR CONVERTING TO OTHER SPEEDS...
