Description
Compatible with Stellaris 3.7.x


- Sets ship XP per combat day back from 5 to 1.
- Armies still gain 2 XP each time they deal damage and 1 XP when they take damage

Modifies experience thresholds for ships and armies:
Experienced: 100 (remains the same)
Veteran: 500 (from 1000)
Elite: 1200 (from 10000)

Combat days to level up for ships:
Regular to Experienced: 100 (from 20)
Experienced to Veteran: 400 (from 180)
Veteran to Elite: 700 (from 1800)

Since you can level ships via piracy suppression (piracy must not drop to 0, else it won't work), 500 for veteran is indeed quite low a bar. 100/1000/2500 sounds fair.

Just my personal opinion, but would you consider having the veteran time remain at 1000 and the elite around 2500? Elite units IRL really do have decades of experience, but yeah 10000 is absurd in game.
