Description
This mod adds the Romulan Star Empire from the Star Trek universe, led by Commander Sela.

Romulus - Sela
UA: Unification
Starts with an additional Settler. +10% combat bonus in foreign lands.
UB: Forced Quantum Singularity (Nuclear Plant)
Increases a city's Science and Production, and provides 1 Uranium.
UU: D'deridex Warbird (Helicopter Gunship)
Invisible to all Units except for Destroyers, Missile Cruisers, Submarines, and other D'deridex Warbirds until it attacks or is adjacent to another Unit.
