Changes the gun speeds of all guns (except fists, dynamite, and kick) into something everyone can spit on.

I will change and upload versions of other gun model mods e.g. the alternate Pump Shotgun mod and the alternate Colt Navy mod. Since some of these mods incorporate skins and an identical model as some mods*1, you will be able to subscribe to them with the required mods corresponding the model you've chosen.

*1 - As in, Jackseno's Colt Navy Re-Skin in regards to Colt Navy Classic.

Also remember that this mod will not change gun speeds on random servers you join, and will only work properly on servers you host.
(please note that the guns are not fast anymore, the previous update increased the cooldown. In a future update I'll fix this)

The fanning wasn't really fleshed out or tested, because I don't fan. Some guns are really fast, and other guns are pretty slow. In future updates and/or potentially required mods, I'll edit and upload modified versions of the weapons.
