This adds a silenced scout for traitors as a substitute for the AWP that is not as over-powered as the other.

- Auto-downloads using resource.addworkshop()
- Same stats as the regular scout
- Actually makes less noise
- c_hands
- Visible silencer model from cw2
- Has it's own unique sound (very sexy)
- Icon included

Well that's what I figured, but you've got this set up so that Steam tells people they need ttt_cigarette too the moment they click on "subscribe". Even says it in the sidebar.
