1) I do mean 4 times with that but press it as often as you want or until it looks correct
2) it doesn't look right
1) Does toggle FOW off/on twice mean pressing that button twice, or pressing it four times?
2) If I load a save with FOG turned off, and I don't perform the instructions, what bug is 'supposed' to happen?
So confusing...
It's alright though, i've found the mod on a russian website which I think is the last such website remaining, it's only problem is that it's manually updated by volunteers (API seems to have been shut down), so it's a bit outdated, but it's running just as fine on the latest patch
steamworkshop [dot] download
or ask google
I don't have anything setup for that at the moment but I will look into it.
In the meantime you can download any workshop item with tools like
{LINK FJERNET}http://steamworkshop.download/
There are other tools as well, this is just the first that google gave me.
P.S. One can't even comment on workshop items for a game that they don't have on their account which is why I'm writing this comment here.
I am assuming you mean Mod Configuration Tool || The Vandy Library
I just tested it and it works fine.
You probably have another mod that is broken.
