Reskin of the Grenade Launcher to better match the one used in the E3 Tip Icon.

NOTE not reel beyta just a reskin i made.

This actually makes sense now, Because i think E-3 Tip for the grenade launcher is still in game, Yet there's no dark metal on the launcher.
