What's the difference between the regular tomb raider 2 lara and the regular tomb raider 3 lara?

Not specific enough?
I have tried disabling the easy animator tool and Lara's running and jumping animation still runs slow.

@Dopey pretty much all the animations. I'm not even using the animator tool on them. It happens when I just run, jump, shoot, or swim around whenever I'm playing as Lara or Master Chief.
