26-3-2020: NOW WITH A NAVMESH! :D

Known issues as of now: The elevator in the high-rise apartment building will go a bit further down if the elevator is on the 11th floor. the final floor. and you call the elevator on the 10th floor. the elevator will go a bit further down, but it will go back up on the 10th floor. It just takes longer to get in the elevator. I tested the elevator by going to each floor one by one and also call the elevator by each floor one by one. The elevator buttons don't have numbers. The lowest button is ground floor.

UPDATE 30-3-2020: Underground Update: Removed the parking lot next to the high-rise apartment building. Replaced it with an enormous underground parking garage AND sandbox area! I also made a Combine-style elevator for easy access.

UPDATE 27-3-2020:
Security And Light Update: Added 2 half-furnished 1-bedroom bungalows, more street lanterns and now every entrance of a residential building has a lamp above the door for extra security.

UPDATE: 26-3-2020: Broken lightning is now mostly fixed! CSS is now needed for the map because of the new building textures and paint. Lesser weird and messed up shadows in most of the houses. There are a few small things off in the high-rise apartment building. but its not so extreme anymore like the previous update was. i made also a few changes to the map, I created a lobby with many windows in the high-rise apartment building, expanded the balconies a bit and added a small window in the communal bike storage room next to the main entrance of the high-rise apartment building. I also gave the balcony doors and some other areas a fresh new coat of paint.

Michael here. I'm back with another map: GM_ComfortableApartmentsResidential. It's set in a small residential area within total 56 apartments and 1 24/7 open neighbourhood store and meet-up point also. 3 other multi functional buildings. This map is suited mostly for sandbox activities but small roleplay is also possible on this map.

Whats in this map:
-3 Apartment buildings (high rise and lower buildings) within total 56 unfurnished apartments to count. 12 of them have 2-bedrooms and the others are 1 bedroom apartments. All the apartments have a nice balcony.
Some of the apartments do have a full kitchen and bathroom pre-installed. The most of the houses you can design to your liking. Place your own kitchen. But always ready to move in! There are 2 small bungalows available also.

-A small park where the residents also can meet.
-unfurnished 24/7 open neighbourhood store (supermarket) and meet-up point.
-2 bungalows.
-3 other multifunctional buildings.
-Lobby in the apartment tower.
-2 parking-lots.
-Bus-stop at crawling distance xD (srs. It's soo closeby)

What facts about the map:
The 2 lower apartment buildings of this map came from an existing roleplay map named RP_Rockford by Statua and many more contributors. A big thanks to his entire team for publishing map files <3. Statua and his team are really good mappers and do make great maps with high realism. Check them out.

What I changed: Made the road fit in this map, repainted the balconies, changed the roof textures and also added the balconies on the ground floor apartments. So that everyone has an equal apartment. Everyone can also enjoy the sunny days from the comfort of your own apartment. I built a simple neighbourhood store and meet-up point on an empty spot near the apartments, for the residents to meet-up when it rains and do their groceries just around the corner for easy living.
